State Convention!!
Departure: Wednesday, January 20th at 8:30A.M!
You are allowed to bring ONE BAG ONLY!!!! There will be NO exceptions to this rule. You may however bring a booksack or purse with you. Try to get together with roommates to bring blowdryers and the like.
We will be back to school on Friday, at approximately 4:30pm. Please have arrangements made to be picked up. Our beta sponsors are NOT taxi cabs!

~Beta Service Hours~
You are required to obtain a total of 50 service hours. You are also required to attend Fall District Day.
8 MANDATORY hours- Working basketball, softball, and baseball concession stands.
2 MANDATORY hours- Walking at the Relay for Life. You must also sell 2 Luminaries.
2 MANDATORY hours- Attending one of three Nursing Home Party. You may attend all!
Coke Cap Collection- Max 10 hours (16 caps = 1 hour) (5 box ends = 1 hour) (3 big box end = 1 hour)
Sports/Cheer/Dance/Band = Max 15 hours (Coach must sign)
Helping AHS Teacher = Max 10 hours (Hours must be detailed and signed by teacher)
Individual Community Service = Max 10 hours (Must be signed by authority AND INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER!)
State Officer Campaign Assistance = Earn hours after school helping our candidates get ready for state competition.
