INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLUB!!!
Explorers' Club is sponsored through Lousiana Tech University in coordinations with LA Gear up. Members of the Club are involved with PBIS, school and community service, colleges and career exploration. For the upcoming 2011-2012, the AHS Explorers Club plan to do a fund raiser to support the Avoyelles Animal Welfare Society. As part of our community service, members will host the Veterans Day Program at the Veterans Memorial in Mansura. Members will also host the College and Career night at AHS, which has not been scheduled yet. In addition, we will be visiting two college campuses throughout the school year.
